Response timing
TURTLE is a small independent brand. Messages are normally reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Most inquiries should receive a response within two business days, excluding holidays and periods of unusually high launch volume.
Before sending a watch
Never mail a return or repair without authorization. TURTLE will first confirm eligibility and provide the correct destination, packing requirements, and carrier instructions.
