Warranty & Repairs

Two years of manufacturing-defect coverage, plus a direct path for future service and repairs.

Last updated August 2, 2026

Two-year limited warranty

TURTLE watches are covered by a two-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and to a gift recipient who can provide valid proof of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Depending on the issue, covered service may include correction of assembly or alignment defects, repair or replacement of the movement or internal components, and repair of a defective crown, pusher, clasp, or other functional component.

What is not covered

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear, cosmetic change, scratches, dents, fading, coating wear, or aging.
  • The battery, bracelet sizing, straps, spring bars, packaging, or routine maintenance.
  • Damage to the crystal, case, bezel, crown, pushers, bracelet, or clasp caused by impact, accident, misuse, or excessive wear.
  • Movement performance that remains within the movement manufacturer’s published tolerances.
  • Damage caused by an unauthorized repair, modification, opening of the case, improper battery replacement, or use of non-approved parts.
  • Water damage caused by an open or improperly secured crown, operation of pushers while submerged, exposure beyond the stated rating, severe temperature change, impact, or failure to maintain seals.
  • Loss, theft, fire, or damage caused by circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Water resistance and batteries

Water-resistance ratings are established under controlled test conditions and are not a permanent guarantee. Gaskets and seals age over time. Have the watch pressure-tested after the case is opened, after a battery change, after a significant impact, and periodically if it is regularly exposed to water.

Battery replacement is routine maintenance and is not covered by the limited warranty unless the original battery is defective on arrival. TURTLE recommends service by a qualified watch technician who can replace the gasket as needed and verify water resistance.

Starting a warranty claim

Submit the contact form with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video when useful. Do not send the watch until TURTLE approves the claim and provides shipping instructions.

TURTLE may request reasonable information to confirm purchase, identify the watch, and diagnose the issue. For an approved U.S. warranty claim, TURTLE will provide standard shipping instructions and cover reasonable standard shipping associated with the qualifying repair. International owners may be responsible for inbound shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges.

Warranty remedy

After inspection, TURTLE may repair the watch, replace a component, provide a comparable replacement, or refund the purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available. The selected remedy will be based on the nature of the defect, parts availability, and applicable law. Repaired or replacement products remain covered for the longer of the original warranty period or 90 days after return to the owner.

Out-of-warranty repairs

TURTLE intends to support its watches beyond the warranty period. Available paid service may include battery replacement, movement replacement, crown or pusher service, clasp or bracelet work, gasket replacement, and water-resistance testing. Service availability and pricing depend on inspection and parts availability.

We aim to retain reasonable service inventory for at least five years after a collection launches, subject to supplier availability. Before paid work begins, TURTLE will provide an estimate for approval. Products that cannot be safely or economically serviced will be returned or handled through another agreed resolution.

Legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under the laws where you live, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
